Took my 2013 Hyundai Genesis coupe for an oil change last week…. They messed up my payment… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE… I’m talking about will be on their watch/phone and start walking off when you ask questions…. Anyways ended up having to go back yesterday due to my oil light coming back on… they didn’t put the correct filter on there I had to go purchase it at oriellys…. I leave my car come back to get it and the lights are still on… I ask the manager why and all he could do was smack his gum and blow his bubbles in my face saying “I don’t know take it to a mechanic”… I walk out… cause whatever they’ve done messed up… about an hour later my car loses power turbo stops working all the lights come on and dies… try to crank my car back up and it starts making all kinds of noises…. I have had this car for 6 years and nothing like this has never happened… PLEASE DO NOT GO TO WALMART FOR ANYTHING CAR RELATED…. I have looked up reviews just on Walmart auto care and it’s ridiculous at how many cars they’ve messed up and ruined…. I have already heard so many stories about how many they have messed up and are going through the samething… it’s pitiful they shouldn’t even be able to run busi

I had visited about a week ago. I came in with a puncture in my tire. I waited a good hour and a half before they even looked at it, which they seemed short staffed. I'm not even upset about the waiting. What has me giving them 1 star, the mechanic who looked at my tire and found the leak had told me there was absolutely no way they can fix it and that I needed to go online to shop for a new tire. Then proceeded to tell me that I need my Donut tire placed on the front with a front wheel drive vehicle 🙃 I did a quick Google search and found out that he was wrong and it should go on the back. Which would be safest. I ended up bringing it back bc they put it on the front and it was scraping. 🙈 in my opinion, if you have someone working on something as important as a tire, and not having the knowledge of SAFETY, they shouldn't work there, or at the very least be educated on the subject. I ended up going to OK TIRE in Centre , they patched it with 0 issues and it was done quickly even with a parking lot full of customers. It was 20$ there and less hassle, with actually mechanics:)

No one here knows what they're doing. Putting a donut on the front of my car when I told them not to. Super dangerous to ride with a spare as your front tire fyi, known this since I started driving. Car made noises once I was driving off, had to turn right back around. Finally did what I asked the first time which is just rotate it to the back, but with attitude. All this took over two hours. Please put these people through training, I'm a 25 year old girl who knows more than all of them put together. It's literally oil, tires and windshield wipers. Come on now.

The laziest workers I’ve ever seen in my life. My husband and I took our car up there to ask if they could just plug it. Their response to that was to offer what tires they had for sell. We had to take our business elsewhere because instead of just plugging our tire like we wanted they Tried to scam us into just getting a new tire when we literally just bought tires a few months back. To them they said the treat was too low. Absolutely ridiculous. The tread was nowhere near too low when the tires on our vehicle are only a couple months old.
